Delivery - When will I receive my cool box?

You've decided that Icey-Tek is the way to go (thank you) and your trip / event / holiday is just a few days away. Now the crucial question:

When will you dispatch my cool box and when will I receive it?

Firstly a quick bit of background about our set-up. We use a UK based fulfilment warehouse down here in Cornwall who look after all of our stock and get everything out the door as orders come in throughout the day. They operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Check out the picture below to see them in action unloading a recent delivery fresh from the Icey-Tek factory. What a fine bunch of folks 😎

All of our parcels to mainland UK addresses are sent on a next working day basis. The cut-off for orders is midday. On that basis here are the delivery windows you can expect during a normal week with no bank holidays:

Order before midday Monday, receive on Tuesday.

Order before midday Tuesday, receive on Wednesday. 

Order before midday Wednesday, receive on Thursday.

Order before midday Thursday, receive on Friday.

Order after midday Thursday, on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and before midday on Monday, receive on Tuesday.
